I dont use this all the time, only when Im really stumped or my opponent is way ahead. I agree with the others that it misses some letters but overall it is helpful.

Worked before, and I loved it, BUT it doesnt work now, please fix. Still having trouble with this, when its an ( E ) they say its an B or F.

Keeps telling me that the screen shot is zoomed in but its not. Not working at all now...

Cant import scans since New Words for Friends upgrade was issued. Previously I would have rated five stars.

I dont like having to switch from the cover page to the working page all the time. Cant you put all the info on one page? Submitting same again, why do you keep asking me to rate it? Especially when you dont respond to the complaint! Its better now but still doesnt pick up on some letters. Third review. It has not always recognized the letters in the past, especially the high counters, NOW it is completely off! Only sees 2-3 letters to play, shows the rest as blanks! What the heck???? Later note: the second issue resolved, NOT the first issue though! Fourth review: still doesnt recognize some letters, especially those with the score on them!!!! Because of this I reduced my rate further. Fifth review: same issue, does not recognize a letter with the score in the corner! Sixth review: why do you allow words that have no meaning,or were spelled wrong somewhere else? No fair!!!!! Better access! Thanks. But it still does not recognize some letters, like P! And others.

I love this app! When I come across a scrambled word that I cant figure out, it unscrambles it for me. Then I get to see the word rather than abandon my game, start all over and never know what the word was. To me its priceless when playing Jumbline or Scrabble.

Sometimes it is incorrect in its word count and has problems with the ipad version.
